Registering as a user

This is required for some functions (if required, then you will be taken to a login page).

Under the 'User' menu, follow the 'Register' link. You will be asked to provide your name and e-mail address.

Once your request has been approved by your site admin, you will receive an e-mail with a link to set your password, which should be at least 8 characters.

Accessing the site via QR-Codes

Current iOS devices will allow you to scan a QR-code by opening the camera app.

Android device may offer 'Scan QR code' from the control panel. Alternatively, you may prefer to use a separate app such as QR Droid

Accessing the site via NFC tags

This requires an iPhone 7 or later. For iPhone 7, 8 and X, an app is required to read NFC tags. iPhones Xs, Xs Max and XR can read the tages directly. NFC is always turned on - you don't have to enable it.

Android devices will require NFC to be turned on, but then should read the tag and offer to open the link.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for two purposes only:

• To maintain your session (i.e. rember who you are as you move between pages). This is essential for the site to function and if you choose to refuse this, then you will not be ale to use the service.
• To rember your login between sessions (so you don't have to enter your username and password every time you want to access the site. This is entirely optional and should NOT be used on shared computers (uncheck the 'Rember me' box on the login page).
